Thanks to this we have over the years saved backs, knees and patience amongst our customers for several generations. We make the working life easier for hundreds of thousands of people all over the world. Every day.

Kongamek is not just a simple ”mechanical workshop”. We are also a business that is passionate about making the working life easier and healthier for both customers and our own employees.

We manufacture products for workmates, by workmates.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

Kongamek is a family owned company founded in 1987 by Stig Haglund and his son Paul. The company has its roots in a mechanical workshop located in Konga, in the middle of the forest in Småland. Today a generation later, the business is run by Paul’s children, Jonathan and Johanna.

Since the start, we have gone from being a small mechanical workshop to today being one of Scandinavia’s market leading companies within material handling products, with the widest range in Europe.

Our head office, warehouse and production is located in Konga. Today we also have daughter companies with production in Anderstorp and Vietnam, and sales company in Germany, France and Norway.
